Peptic ulceration is associated with hypercalcaemia in a number of disease states including isolated primary hyperparathyroidism and multiple endocrine neoplasia (e.g. MEN1 syndrome where hyperparathyroidism co-exists with gastrinomas and the Zollinger Ellison Syndrome).
